We have just heard that Ed Cudmore &  good friend are cycling from London to Cornwall over the course of the next 3 days to raise money for the Sunrise Appeal. A family member of Ed was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer 2 months ago and they are dedicating this challenge to them.

On his Just Giving fundraising page Ed says “Riding unsupported with nothing more than each others really poor chat and a box of ibuprofen to keep each other going the challenge is on!!”

If you see them on their weary way give them a wave and a shout of encouragement – you will be back in God’s Own Country soon!!
