A very brave Kate Brantingham from Feock is undergoing treatment for her third cancer diagnosis. Having previously raised £3,500 by having her head shaved when chemotherapy treatment caused her to lose her hair, Kate has now decided to do a sponsored zip-wire challenge at the Eden Project this September with all money raised going to The Sunrise Appeal.

Kate’s 6 year old daughter, Annabelle,  is a pupil at Truro High School and Kate has asked the young designers at the school to create a costume for her to wear whilst doing the challenge. Kate has promised that she will wear it no matter what they come up with  – very brave indeed!
