In October 2017 our chairman, Tony Hill, was delighted to be invited to Penryn Bowling Club by the outgoing president, Marshall Curnow, to collect a cheque for £1190.88. Mr Curnow had chosen The Sunrise Appeal as his charity for the year and funds had been raised by holding many events during the twelve months.

Tony was also given two collecting boxes bringing the total raised to £1262.57.
